Making a booking is very easy if you follow our booking procedures below:

Contact Us
to confirm rental cost and provisionally reserve your dates. If you
prefer, you can just leave us a message (via phone/email/online
enquiry form) and we will get back at a convenient time to you

We will reserve your booked dates for 5 days until we
receive the signed booking form and deposit. If reservation date is
less than eight weeks from date of booking, a full payment must be made
with the booking.

A booking reference code will be provided which must be stated in the booking form.

Download/Print out our
booking form,
fill in the details and fax/email it to us, or post/mail the completed
form. Our postal address is shown at the top of the booking form. Do
not forget to post a cheque deposit/full amount. If you would
like to do a direct bank transfer please contact us for account
details. See below for other methods of payment. Note a 3% handling
fee is applied for Visa/Master credit card payments, and 5% for Amex
credit card payments.

Once payment is cleared, we will confirm your guaranteed booking dates

You must make sure the final payment is send to
us eight weeks before you start your holiday (please state
your booking reference code with payment)

Once we receive the final payment, we will email you full instructions in our Guest Handbook
