- For daily rates, please divide weekly rates by 7
- Rates shown are inclusive of taxes, currently at 13%
- Prices are in GBP and USD
- Minimum booking period is 3 nights (stays of 6 nights or less incurs a cleaning fee of £65/$100)
- Pool and Spa/Jacuzzi heating are extra at £12/$20 per night (ideal for winter months: Nov-Mar)
- Deposit of 40% of total cost is required to secure booking dates
- Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival
- Security deposit of £250/$450 required per booking refundable after departure
- Large discounts are available for long stays (3 weeks or more), please ask for details
